Valve Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. specializes in producing hi-tech
corrosion resistant valves and equipments. Covering land of
80,000 square meters, we have 3 factories, 10 subsidiary companies
and 20 branch offices. The company has a workforce of more than
580 people including 65 technicians, nearly RMB100 million Yuan
of fixed assets and RMB35 million Yuan of registered capital.
Integrating scientific research, product development, manufacture
and distribution, we have centers for scientific research, CAD/CAM
design and manufacturer, product quality testing and customer
service. Equipped with highly efficient modern machinery, numerical
control machine tools and lathes, machines for boring, milling,
planning,drilling, grinding and lining, our products are all
designed and manufactured with CAD/CAM technology, and strictly
to the standards of GB, API, ANSI, BS, DIN, NF, JIS and etc.,
as well as IS09001：2000.
Our testing center is provided with computer-controlled tester
for mechanical property of metal materials, digital display
hardness tester, computer-controlled chemical element analyzer,
late-model of high pressure electric spark tester, as well as
L-type multifunctional hydraulic test bench of a wide range
of specs from DN15-DN2000, hence,product quality is under control.
We mainly produce ball valves, globe valves, butterfly valves,
gate valves, diaphragm valves, check valves, angle valves, interspace
valves, fluorine-lined valve series, fluorine-lined gate valves
(patent no.: ZL002492008), lined pipes, tees, crosses, bends,
reaction vessels, containers, and non-standard lining for tanks.
To meet customer requests, we design and manufacture valves
made of cast steel, forged steel, alloy steel,stainless steel,
chrome molybdenum steel, low-temperature steel, monel, 20# metal
and so on. Among them, lined corrosion resistant valves and
fittings are our characteristic products, which are widely used
in the industries of petroleum, chemicals, pharmaceuticals,
phosphate fertilizers, foodstuff, electric power, metallurgy
and environmental protection etc. Some of our products are exported
to Kuwait, Pakistan, Bengal, Spain, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia
and USA etc. Today, "SAVM" has distinguished itself
a well-known brand home and abroad.
